The guy working today was a total gem. So sweet and kind! It's a weird location but amazing sandwich. The Italian was wonderful!
Yes, the location is odd, but don't be fooled by the subway look and feel. The sandwiches all came out great and the bread they use is so fresh and tasty. The staff member was so kind that she gave us a free baguette that she said they were testing out to add to the menu.
I rolled the dice on this one because of all the bad reviews, but they have "under new management" signs up all over. It looks like they've addressed the concerns other reviewers had about cleanliness, which was what I was watching for when I first walked in. Service was decently friendly. I got the Italian sub and it was good. Cole slaw was pretty good and the pickles were great. My vote is to give this new team a chance. I'll be back to try some of the other items, although there's a lot of egg salad on the menu and I'll be skipping that as a personal preference.
